What are your business hours for shipping?

 

We process orders received during UK business hours, and all orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped on the very same day. 

 

How are your items shipped?

 

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. All the products are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD courier with delivery confirmation.  We will send you your shipping information, including a tracking number, soon after shipping your item.

 

Can you ship items outside the United Kingdom?

 

Yes, we can as we send products worldwide. However, the customer will bear the responsibilities of duties and any additional customs information.

 

Can I arrange to have a delivery made to a friend’s address?

 

Yes, you may. Since billing and shipping addresses are separate, you can tell us where you would like your order to be delivered.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

 

Yes, an email will be sent to the address provided by you shortly after your order has been placed. This is to confirm your order and provide you with the necessary delivery details. You will also receive an email from us once your products is shipped. If you have ordered from us and not received an email, we request you to check your “spam” folder.

All orders are shipped using "real-time shipping", which means the price is based on the weight and destination of your products.

How long will it take to arrive?

 

Once an order is placed, we try to ship as soon as possible. For the UK, US, and the rest of Europe, the items usually take a maximum of 2 working days to arrive. 

 

For bulkier packages, next-day delivery option is available in checkout within the UK via our delivery partner DPD.

 

For international orders (including, Africa and Asia), items normally take 7 to 14 working days to arrive at the destination after being shipped.

 

If an order fails to arrive within the specified time, we request you to contact the shipping service provider (Royal Mail and/or DPD) in the first place, stating your tracking number assigned to your package.

 

What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

 

Every package that we ship is dispatched with delivery confirmation (or tracking id).  In case you want to have extra coverage, you can request additional insurance for your products.
